1. How do I use my savings code?
Activate your travel savings code to create an account. Search 1,000,000 hotels around the world. Savings are shown with every search result. The results with the largest savings are displayed first. Make your reservation and the amount you save will be deducted from your savings account balance.
2. Do I have to use my savings code on a reservation?
No. The Travel Savings Program is flexible and allows you to use your entire savings account balance on one or more reservations until your savings account balance is empty. The amount that you can apply to each reservation is determined by your search parameters and the savings available through the hotels and resorts you choose.
3. Can I use the full amount of my savings for my reservation?
Yes, if the amount of savings for the selected hotel or resort is equal to the amount of your savings bank balance, the total amount will be applied to your reservation automatically.
4. Can I combine multiple codes for additional savings?
Yes. You can add multiple codes to your account for additional savings and a larger savings bank.
5. Is a minimum stay required?
No. No minimum stay is required. You can stay for a minimum of one night or the maximum number of nights allowed for that hotel.
6. What hotels and resorts are available in the savings program?
With more than 1,000,000 properties available through the savings program, you will find familiar brands and hotels around the world.
7. Can I change or cancel my reservation? Is my reservation refundable?
Reservations made on the website cannot be changed or modified once booked, but can be canceled based on the terms and conditions. Cancellation policies will vary depending on the hotel or resort you selected. Canceled reservations may incur a cancellation fee.
8. Can I give my savings code to a friend or family member?
Yes. An unactivated savings code is fully transferable. Once activated, a savings code cannot be transferred and personal information cannot be changed. The person who activates the savings code must be the person who travels or uses the service.
